We accept to change the payment item of the usage fee for personal course, group course, private cluster course and large-scale job course in the following manner.

If you wish to change the payment item, please finish the procedures within a period.

4. Billing of the usage fee for FY 2016 October

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Billing of the usage fee for FY 2016 is scheduled in October, January and March.

The billing of October will be charged in the following manner.

1) Deadline for changing the payment item and the billing month is at 17:00 on September 14 (Wed) and the contract after the date will be charged in January.

2) If you miss the deadline in the contract, please contact to the Research Information Section beforehand so that we can charge it in January.

As for the “Uneihi koufukin” (運営費交付金) of Kyoto University, the billing will be determined on September 14 although the budget is expected to be transferred later.

Please note that you can not change the payment item after the billing is determined.

In case that you need to change the billing month for any reason, please contact us via e-mail portal*kudpc.kyoto-u.ac.jp (please replace * with @).

Please fill in the following requirements and enter“changing the billing month”in the subject line of the e-mail.

6. The eighth symposium, Joint Usage/Research Center for Interdisciplinary Large-Scale Information Infrastructures

The eighth symposium will be held by Joint Usage/Research Center for Interdisciplinary Large-Scale Information Infrastructures in the following manner.

In this symposium, 35 of joint research proposals which carried out in FY2015 will be reported in oral presentations

as well as 39 of researches which adopted in FY 2016 will be reported in a poster session.
