In the middle of January, we have sent payment managers the Users List
including the users' information categorized by payment item.
In order to continue to use the services for the following fiscal year,
payment managers are required to return the Users List indicating the intent of
continuing or discontinuing the use of the services.

2. Call for Application of FY 2017 Service Course (1st Stage)（Reposting）
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
We call for application of the FY 2017 Service Course in the following schedule.
This call is between fiscal years and details of the usage fees and the application periods
are different from the usual.
Please note that we may ask you to adjust the amount of resources
since each course has its limitation in available computing resources.
We appreciate for your understandings and cooperation in advance.
〇Courses to be opened ・Application Period
Private Cluster Course, Organization Fixed Rate : From Fri. January 13, 2017 to Fri. February 17, 2017 No later than 5:00 p.m.
Group Course, Personal Course : From Fri. January 13, 2017 to Tue. February 28, 2017 No later than 5:00 p.m.
Large-Scale Job Course (From April to June) : From Fri. January 13, 2017 to Tue. February 28, 2017 No later than 5:00 p.m.

3. Request for submitting user reports of supercomputer systems

In the research results obtained with the use of the large scale computer systems,
papers (including abstracts) which were presented during this fiscal year
are required to be reported by one of the following methods.
Please report the unpublished ones as soon as they are published.

Academic Center for Computing and Media Studies, Kyoto University (ACCMS)
calls for proposals of the Collaborative Research Project for Enhancing Performance of Programming in FY2017.
This project is for users of the Group Course or Private Cluster Course
(including those who are in application process), as well as the Private Course users
who wish to switch to the Group Course at the additional calls of this project.
Submitted proposals are reviewed by Supercomputer System Collaborative Research Planning Committee.
The programs adopted by the Committee are carried out to enhance the program performance in collaboration with ACCMS.
ACCMS bears the cost of program development.

Submitted proposals are reviewed by Supercomputer System Collaborative Research Planning Committee.
As for the adopted projects, the ACCMS bears the usage fee of the large-scale job course within a certain amount.
