3. Notification of the end of service for old versions of ENVI/IDL provided by the licensing service
ͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺ
ENVI 5.3 / IDL 8.5 and earlier provided by the licensing service will be terminated on August 6
(before scheduled maintenance) due to the end of support by the software vendor.
You will not be able to run those versions after the end of support.
If you are using those versions, please upgrade to ENVI 5.5 / IDL 8.7.
You can get ENVI 5.5 / IDL 8.7 from the below site.

4. The 10th JHPCN symposium, Joint Usage/Research Center
for Interdisciplinary Large-Scale Information Infrastructures
ͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺͺ
The 10th JHPCN symposium will be held by Joint Usage/Research Center
for Interdisciplinary Large-Scale Information Infrastructures in the following manner.
In this symposium, 46 joint research projects which had been carried out in FY 2017
are reported in oral presentations as well as 52 joint research projects
which had been adopted in FY 2018 and 40 exploratory research projects
which had been adopted in FY 2018 are introduced in a poster session.

We are inviting active researchers from a variety of areas,
and ask them to give talks about their research activity or issues in performing research,
hoping to provide an opportunity for fruitful discussion among participants.
On an ACCMS seminar at July 3, we invite Sean DeMonner, Exective Director of
Information and Technology Services at University of Michigan.
