1. Additional call for application of FY 2019 service course (start from October)

We are additionally calling for the application of FY 2019 service course
starting from October 2019 in the following schedule.
Please note that we may ask you to adjust the amount of resources that you request
depending on the situation since each course has its limitation in available computing resources.
We appreciate for your understanding and cooperation.
〇Courses:
- Personal course (Type A)
- Virtual Server Hosting Service
〇Application period：From Sun. September 1 to Fri. September 20 at 5:00 p.m.
〇Estimated starting date of the service：Tue. October 1, 2019

2. Notification of the Programming Seminar 2019（Reposting）

we are regularly holding programming seminars for the efficient use
and the improvement of the programming skills for users.

Training content：Lecture on basics and tuning of parallel programming

3. Bill of the usage fee to be issued in October FY 2019（Reposting）
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Bills of the usage fees of FY 2019 are scheduled to be issued in October, January and March.
The bill to be issued in October is determined in the following schedule.
Please complete the necessary procedure within the due date
if you need to change the payment item and the billing month.
○Deadline for the changes：Wed. September 11, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
・Contracts after the due date will be billed in January.
・Please note that you cannot change the payment item after the bill is determined.
○How to change the payment item：
You can change the payment item by User Portal or Service Course Application Form.

If you need to change the billing month for any reason,

4. ACCMS seminar "Informatics supporting the city"（Reposting）
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
ACCMS holds a seminar once in a month.
We are inviting active researchers from variety of areas,
and ask them to give talks about their research activity or issues in performing research,
hoping to provide an opportunity for fruitful discussion among participants.
At ACCMS Seminar on September 27, 2019, we invite Assistant Prof. Yuya Sasaki
(Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Osaka University) and
Assoc. Prof. Munenari Inoguchi (Faculty of Sustainable Design, University of Toyama).
We hope to have a lot of participants.
External participants are also welcome.

5. ACCMS seminar "Consideration of identity management and cyber security in the digital age"（Reposting）

ACCMS holds a seminar once in a month.
We are inviting active researchers from variety of areas,
and ask them to give talks about their research activity or issues in performing research,
hoping to provide an opportunity for fruitful discussion among participants.
At ACCMS Seminar on October 15, 2019, we invite Prof. Motonori Nakamura
(Institute for Information Management and Communication, Kyoto University) and
Kou Miyake (NTT DATA INTELLILINK Corporation).
