Due to scheduled maintenance, we will suspend the supercomputer services
of some systems on the next schedule.
In this maintenance, the login node and the WEB server are targeted
and the job execution of the computing node will be continued as it is.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance.
○Date and time: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Tue. June 2
○Services to be suspended: Login node of System A, B, and C,
ENVI/IDL licensing, HPCI account services, and User Portal

2. Call for Application of FY2020 Service Course (Additional)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
We additionally call for the application of the FY2020 Service Course in the following schedule.
Please note that we may ask you to adjust the amount of resources
that you request depending on the situation since each course has its limitation
in available computing resources.
We appreciate for your understanding and cooperation.

- Large-Scale Job Course（Type A:From July to September）
〇Application Period：From Mon. June 1, 2020 to Sat. June 20, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
〇Services to be Effective：Wed. July 1, 2020

4. File assets of Discontinued Users in FY 2020
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
We will delete files of discontinued users
in FY 2020 from June 2020.
Please migrate and backup necessary file assets by the end of May.
File assets to be deleted or organized are as follows.
○Home Directory of discontinued users
○Large-volume disk space which discontinued users groups possess in FY2020
