FAQ

Q

I cannot connect to the supercomputer via SSH. What should I do?

A

On the supercomputer side, there are no particular restrictions on access to SSH (TCP protocol port 22). However, your institution's security policy may restrict this, so contacting your network administrator may resolve the issue. Please note that the supercomputer's login method is limited to SSH public key authentication, and password authentication is not supported.
